About us-
In 2002, we first visited St Minver Holiday Park (prior to its Parkdean ownership) and immediately fell in love with both the location and the setting. Situated within the grounds of an historic manor house, the park is rich in heritage and offers an ideal environment for families and their dogs.
Our journey began with a caravan overlooking the large play park, and in 2006 we purchased 28 The Glade, which has since become our cherished home from home. Over the years, we have created and continue to create many lasting family memories here. We have invested considerable time and care in improving the property, with ongoing works to ensure it remains a comfortable and welcoming space—both for ourselves and for our guests.
The position of 28 The Glade is particularly special, surrounded by open fields and woodland, with uninterrupted views across the countryside towards the original church in St Minver village, beautifully captured here during a summer sunset.
One of the most appealing features of 28 The Glade is the view from the property. On clear, sunny days, the outlook extends across open fields towards the church, with the sound of church bells often audible. In the evenings, the sunsets are particularly striking and can be enjoyed from within the living area through the French doors and large windows, without the need to step outside. At night, the sky is frequently filled with stars, benefiting from the clear Cornish skies. On several occasions, evenings have been spent watching thunderstorms from the comfort of the living room, a tradition that has become a memorable part of the experience.
