In 2002 we visited St Minver holiday park (pre Parkdean) and fell in love with the site and the location. Based in an old manor house grounds with so much history and perfect for families (and doggies). We started with a 8 berth caravan which backed onto the huge play park (this caravan was still on the park until recently)! Then in 2006 we bought 28 The Glade which we made our home from home in which we have made and continue to make many memories for our family. We have carried out lots of work (and continue to) to make it perfect for us and we hope perfect for our guests too. Our position on the site is perfect, surrounded by fields and forestry, we also have beautiful views over the original church in St Minver village. (photographed here in a summer sunset)
About us-
One of my favourite things about 28 the Glade is the view from our windows. On a sunny day you can see over the fields with a view of the church, in which we can hear the church bells sometimes. In the evenings the sunsets are spectacular, I can nearly guarantee you'll see a sunset during your stay, with our french doors and large windows in the living area you don't even need to be outside. Finally at night the stars cover the skies, we are very lucky to have clear skies in the Cornish sky. I have also spent the past 4 May half terms (minus covid) watching a thunder storm in the living room at night, its become a tradition.
